In gTech Users and Products (gUP), our mission is to advocate for Google’s users by creating helpful and trusted experiences across the product ecosystem. We achieve this by meeting partners and consumers where they are with support and help, representing their needs with our product partners and proposing fixes and features that elevate their engagement with Google's diverse product ecosystem. Additionally we provide a range of product services that ensure our products are optimized for every user, no matter where they are in the world (e.g., localization, digitization, partner integration, and more).
As a Program Lead within the gUP Platforms and Devices (P&D) Cross Business Unit Support, you will empower the gUP P&D team to deliver on strategic priorities by providing dedicated program management, developing a holistic value narrative, and streamlining cross-functional collaboration to enhance the delivery of cross-cutting initiatives.
You will serve as the connective tissue for the gUP P&D team, bridging the gap between strategic goal and day-to-day execution. You will act as a central hub for communication, a driver of cross-functional initiatives, and an advocate for team health. This role requires balancing hard project management skills (resource allocation, operational delivery) with soft leadership skills (fostering culture, crafting a value narrative). You will utilize your exceptional communication abilities to develop persuasive presentations tailored for specific groups, including the entire organization or executive leaders, to clarify the intricate aspects of gUP P&D operations and successes.
