## Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Preschhol Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Iowa State Board of Education license, experience in childhood development and a strong background in educating children. This position involves working in a childcare facility providing outstanding childcare to children and families.
## Duties
- Implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of students
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to create a positive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Incorporate Montessori principles into teaching practices
- Foster toddler care and development through interactive and educational activities
- Teach various subjects including Math with creativity and enthusiasm
## Experience
### Required Skills:
- Proficiency in childhood development theories and practices
- Strong communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and staff
- Experience in childcare
