Responsibilities
- Provide Occupational Therapy services to older adults in home and community settings
- Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Maintain accurate Medicare-compliant documentation
- Manage your own schedule and caseload effectively
Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for clinicians who are comfortable working independently in a home health setting and who are organized, motivated, and patient-focused.
Preferred experience:
- Medicare documentation and billing
- Understanding of 8-minute rule and CPT coding
- Experience managing scheduling and patient caseloads
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or eligibility to apply
- Basic computer and documentation skills
- Current CPR certification
Job Type
Full-time | Part-time | Per Diem opportunities available (Both W2 and 1099 options!)
Work Setting
- Patient homes within community
- Senior facilities such as Assisted Living Facilities and other group home settings
- Home health under Medicare Part B Outpatient
