Job Summary
Tool-Craft, Inc. is a small, family-owned steel fabrication and conveyor installation company with over 30 years of experience serving major distribution and logistics clients across multiple states. We specialize in manufacturing, mechanical installation, and material handling systems.
We are currently seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Clerk to support our daily administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on, fast-paced small business environment where teamwork, accountability, and initiative are valued.
The ideal candidate will be computer proficient, comfortable with Excel (QuickBooks experience is a plus), and capable of managing multiple administrative tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct calls
- Perform data entry
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings
- Prepare and assist quotes and proposals
- Order materials and coordinate with vendors
- Submit customer invoices and track payments
- Assist with project documentation and reporting
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
Requirements
- Comfortable working on computers and using Excel
- QuickBooks experience is a plus
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Good communication skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks at once
- Reliable and dependable
