The responsibilities include answering and sending out discovery, drafting motions, pleadings, communicating with attorneys and court staff, meeting with clients, calendaring deadlines, etc. Prefer an applicant with litigation experience in personal injury. Applicant should be fluent in English and Spanish, be computer literate and have a high school diploma or a GED, Graduate Equivalency Degree.
