Overview:
The Community Partnerships & Care Coordination Manager serves as the primary relationship point of contact between Lively Therapy and partnering ABA centers while supporting patient care coordination, scheduling operations, referral growth, and strategic business initiatives.
This hybrid position is primarily remote with occasional travel to partner ABA centers, clinic locations, community events, and leadership meetings. The ideal candidate is highly friendly, outgoing, organized, relationship driven, proactive, and comfortable balancing patient coordination, operational support, and business development responsibilities within a fast paced pediatric therapy environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Partnership Development & ABA Center Relations
- Serve as the primary liaison between Lively Therapy FL and partner ABA centers
- Build and maintain relationships with center leadership, BCBAs, RBTs, our SLPs, OTs, and PTs, and their administrative teams
- Coordinate scheduling, treatment collaboration, transitions of care, and operational communication
- Conduct periodic site visits to support collaboration, service quality, and partnership growth
- Support onboarding of services at new partner locations and identify opportunities to strengthen referral relationships
Patient Care Coordination
- Schedule evaluations and ongoing Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy services
- Coordinate communication with families, providers, and partner locations regarding scheduling, authorizations, and continuity of care
- Manage waitlists and support scheduling optimization to improve patient access and experience
Insurance & Administrative Operations
- Prepare evaluation charts, referrals, intake paperwork, and required documentation
- Follow up with physician offices regarding referrals and documentation needs
- Maintain accurate records within the EMR and manage patient documents, electronic faxes, and scanned records
- Assist with payment collection and billing support as needed
Business Operations & Growth Support
- Collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives, partnership development, and service expansion
- Analyze workflows and support implementation of operational improvements and strategic initiatives
- Assist with community outreach and marketing efforts to strengthen referral networks
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with leadership, providers, and administrative staff
- Support therapist scheduling, onboarding coordination, and operational communication
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and solutions focused culture across clinic and partner locations
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare administration, pediatric therapy, ABA, patient coordination, operations, or business development preferred
- Friendly, bubbly, outgoing personality; extrovert at work
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong relationship building and problem solving skills
- Reliable transportation for occasional local travel
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with ABA centers or pediatric therapy practices

Schedule
- Part time, 15 to 20 hours per week

Compensation: $28 to $32 per hour
Work Environment: Hybrid work environment with primarily remote responsibilities; training on-site and occasional travel to ABA centers, clinic locations, meetings, and community outreach events in a fast paced pediatric outpatient and community partner setting
