Responsibilities
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for assessing and developing individualized treatment plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Conducting behavioral interventions and assessments to promote positive behavioral change and skill development
Collaborating with families, therapists, and supervisors to ensure seamless care and support
Providing parent training and education to empower family members in supporting their child's growth and development
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA Therapy
Requirements
Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification
Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a remote setting
