Responsibilities
- Take customer orders accurately using our POS system, ensuring quick and friendly service.
- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols.
- Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and process retail sales with precision.
- Upsell menu items or products to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and managing food handling responsibilities.
- Assist with food preparation tasks in the kitchen or café area to support smooth service flow.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours.
- Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions involving cash handling.
- Previous experience in food industry roles like cashiering, serving, bussing, or grocery store work is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude that fosters teamwork and guest satisfaction.
