Job Summary
THIS JOB IS COMMISSION AND BONUS PAY ONLY. We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through strategic cold calling, scheduling appointments, and nurturing client relationships. Duties
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services with confidence and professionalism
- Schedule appointments for our clients to do roof quotes.
- Engage in cold calling to generate new leads and foster ongoing relationships with potential clients
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate interest and set up meetings that align with client needs and business objectives
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to address client questions, overcome objections, and close sales opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing teams to understand campaign strategies and target audiences for more effective outreach
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions ensuring data accuracy and follow-up readiness
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles, preferably within technology or software sectors
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate technical solutions clearly and persuasively
- Demonstrated success in outbound calling, appointment setting, and customer service environments
- Knowledge of sales techniques including negotiation, business development, and marketing strategies
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high levels of motivation and organization
- Experience with technical or technology sales is a plus but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential
