We are seeking a passionate and dedicated K-3 Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a positive learning environment, deliver engaging instruction, and support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through individualized teaching strategies.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with grade-level standards.
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs and learning styles.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and supportive classroom environment.
- Assess student progress and maintain accurate records.
- Develop and maintain physical and digital student portfolios.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with administrators and fellow teachers to support student success.
- Integrate technology and hands-on learning experiences into instruction.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Experience Requirements
- Previous teaching experience in Kindergarten through 3rd Grade preferred.
- New graduates with strong educational preparation and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in individualized instruction, classroom management, and student assessment is a plus.
Pay: $11.00 - $16.00 per hour
