Our client, a leading organization in the HR transformation and workforce development sector, is seeking a HR Change Management consultant to join their team. As a HR Change Management consultant, you will be part of the HR Transformation Department supporting enterprise-wide initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: HR Change Management consultant
Location: San Jose, CA
Pay Range: $100/hr-$110/hr
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
What's the Job?
- Lead end-to-end delivery of HR transformation initiatives, including skills architecture, job architecture, compensation, and HR technology workstreams.
- Develop and manage integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, budgets, and deliverables.
- Establish governance structures, executive reporting, and decision-making processes.
- Drive stakeholder accountability, resolve issues, and manage scope and change impacts.
- Lead change management planning and manager enablement efforts to support adoption of new frameworks, processes, and tools.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of project or program management experience leading complex, enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale compensation, job architecture, workforce planning, or HR transformation programs.
- Working knowledge of HR processes, systems, and data.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and risk management skills.
