- National certification or state licensure as a Sign Language Interpreter (SLI)
- Proven proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL)

- Professionalism, reliability, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working 1:1 with students in a classroom environment
Key responsibilities:
- Provide direct sign language interpretation services for an elementary-aged student during classroom activities, assemblies, and school functions

- Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards of interpreting
