We're growing and looking for an experienced HVAC Lead Installer who can take charge of residential installation projects from start to finish.
What You'll Do
- Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish
- Manage and direct your install crew on-site
- Ensure all installations meet code, quality, and safety standards
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide solutions
- Train and mentor junior installers
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient job site
What You Bring
- Proven experience as an HVAC Lead Installer (required)
- Experience leading jobs and managing an install crew
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC installation practices
- Ability to troubleshoot and make sound decisions in the field
- Pride in delivering clean, high-quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license
