Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance or repairs on various mechanical and electrical equipment in heating, cooling, and ventilation systems

Investigate problems and perform simple repairs as directed

Always maintain a high quality of service

Think outside the box on ways to enhance service and customer experience

Maintain truck stock and inventory within Company guidelines
-
Follow truck maintenance schedule and keep an organized and clean truck/workspace
-
Must be able to read and understand wiring diagrams
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in residential and commercial HVAC service is required.

CFC Certification required
-
Previous HVAC field technical experience and/or HVAC trade school certificate

Possess and maintain a valid NC driver's license

Must be highly organized

Excellent communication skills

Able to work well with a team and independently

Strong troubleshooting, problem solving and critical thinking skills

Local candidates preferred
