Dental Assistant – Full-Time (4 Days/Week)

Crossoak Family Dentistry is looking for a compassionate, dependable Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We are a modern, patient-focused private practice that values teamwork, efficiency, and creating an exceptional experience for every patient.
This position is available due to a team member pursuing dental hygiene school, and we're excited to welcome someone who is looking for a long-term home where they can continue to grow professionally.
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday
- Approximately 7:40 AM – 5:30 PM
- No evenings
- No Fridays
- No weekends
What You'll Do
- Assist the doctor during restorative and other dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain an efficient clinical flow
- Take high-quality digital radiographs
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
- Educate patients and help create a positive experience
- Chart treatment accurately in Dentrix Ascend
- Work closely with our hygienists and front office team to keep the day running smoothly

Qualifications
- Dental assisting experience preferred
- New graduates are welcome to apply if they demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Michigan Radiography Certification (or ability to obtain if required)
- Experience with digital radiographs
- Experience with Dentrix Ascend is a plus but not required
Compensation
$22–$27 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and certifications.
