```Duties```
- Set up the breakfast area before guests arrive, ensuring all food items are properly displayed and stocked
- Prepare and serve breakfast items such as coffee, tea, juice, pastries, and hot/cold food options
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the breakfast area, including cleaning tables, countertops, and equipment
- Monitor food levels and replenish as necessary throughout the breakfast service
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance and answering any questions they may have
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes as needed
- Follow all food safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the safety of guests
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in food service or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays
Please note that this position is within a hotel setting and may require occasional assistance in other areas of the hotel kitchen. Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
