Our technicians have the opportunity to work on iconic classic cars, high-end restorations, custom builds, and true dream vehicles in a professional, state-of-the-art facility. If you enjoy solving problems, building things the right way, and seeing a project transform into something exceptional, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Perform mechanical repairs, restoration, and modifications on classic and vintage vehicles
- Diagnose mechanical and drivability concerns
- Install and integrate aftermarket performance and modernization components
- Work with custom suspension, steering, braking, fuel, cooling, and electrical systems
- Install and service aftermarket EFI, A/C, steering, and other modern systems
- Troubleshoot electrical and wiring concerns when needed
- Perform engine, fuel, ignition, and drivability diagnostics
- Modify, fit, and adapt components when off-the-shelf parts aren't enough
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship, cleanliness, safety, and attention to detail
- Document work performed and communicate repair findings with the shop team
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a technician with proven hands-on experience working with classic cars. This is not simply a general automotive repair position—we're looking for someone who understands the unique challenges of working with older vehicles and custom restorations.
Strong candidates will have experience with:
- Classic/vintage automobile restoration and repair
- Mechanical diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Aftermarket and performance parts installation
- Custom modifications and problem-solving
- Engine and drivability diagnostics
- Suspension, steering, braking, and fuel systems
Welding/fabrication experience is a strong plus, but is not required.
Electrical diagnosis and wiring experience is also a strong plus, but is not required.
Experience with EFI conversions, aftermarket A/C systems, modern steering systems, and other upgrades for classic vehicles is also highly valued.
Above all, we're looking for someone who is experienced, resourceful, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work.
Compensation & Experience
Technicians with 15+ years of relevant classic-car experience may qualify for a salaried position rather than traditional flag-hour compensation.
We recognize that highly experienced restoration technicians bring a level of knowledge and craftsmanship that goes beyond simply turning hours. Our goal is to build a team where experienced professionals can focus on quality workmanship and exceptional vehicles, rather than constantly watching the clock.
