Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist and SLPAs to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatrics and adults, with a passion for helping individuals improve their communication skills. This role requires a thorough understanding of speech therapy techniques, medical terminology, and patient assessment methods. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Provide early intervention services to children with speech and language delays.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and families about speech disorders and therapy techniques.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Stay current with research and best practices in the field of speech-language pathology.
Experience
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program is required.
- State licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist is mandatory.
- Experience in early intervention and pediatrics is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to speech therapy.
- Proven ability to assess patients effectively and develop appropriate treatment strategies.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Pay: $40.00 - $70.00 per hour
