Experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of motivating teams to achieve production goals.
- Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
