Pay starting at $14.00 per hour; employees receive performance raises at both 90 days and yearly depending on performance and following of policies.
Golden Hearts Home Health, LLC does require all staff members to work every other weekend. Clients still need coverage on weekends.

Help our clients meet their needs by:
- Maintaining or assisting with light housekeeping. Follow ADL's listed for your shift.
- Assisting as needed with personal hygiene.
- Helping to prepare meals.
- Helping with medication reminders.
- Driving clients to appointments.
- Assisting as needed to help maintain healthy independent lifestyles.
- Doing what the client ask of you to help them with.
- Offering assistance when it is needed.
Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who:
- Maintain a professional Image, Professional mouth, Profession attitude.
- Willing to learn and adhere to all policies, laws and regulations.
- Are at least 18 years of age and wanting to actually want to work.
- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a must for most clients.
