Job Title: Parking Supervisor
Location: Oxnard, CA
Salary: $23 per hour
Schedule: Full time, including evenings and weekends (availability required)
Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Parking Supervisor to join our team in Oxnard. As a Parking Supervisor, you will be responsible for patrolling parking lots, monitoring and enforcing parking policies, providing assistance to customers, and ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of parking equipment. Strong communication and customer service skills and proficiency in working with computer software, mobile applications, and mobile devices are required.
Responsibilities:
- Patrol parking lots at The Collection and enforce parking regulations in a fair and consistent manner.
- Monitor and maintain parking meters, ensuring proper functionality and accuracy.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with parking-related inquiries, resolving issues, and providing directions as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of parking equipment.
- Collaborate with the parking management team to implement and improve parking policies and procedures.
- Utilize computer systems, software, and mobile applications to perform daily tasks efficiently.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Prior experience in parking management or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in working with computers, cell phones, applications, and software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
