Now Hiring – Chaplain
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Chaplain to provide spiritual and pastoral support to patients and families in a hospice setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide spiritual counseling aligned with patient and family beliefs
- Complete timely spiritual assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Support patients and families of all backgrounds, beliefs, and values
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Offer bereavement support and follow-up services
- Respond to patient and family needs with empathy and professionalism
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Divinity
- 2–4 years of chaplain experience, preferably in end-of-life care
- At least 1 unit of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) completed
- Ability to provide non-denominational spiritual care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
