About the Position
Role: Hospice Aide (CNA)
Hours: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care to hospice patients, including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, oral hygiene, and other activities of daily living.
- Assist patients with safe transfers, ambulation, positioning, and range-of-motion exercises as directed by the care plan.
- Observe and report changes in patients' physical, emotional, or environmental conditions to the supervising nurse.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
- Support patients and families by providing compassionate care, emotional support, and respectful communication.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice team to ensure patients receive high-quality, holistic care.
- Uphold the mission and values of Catholic Community Health in every patient interaction.
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
- Previous hospice, home health, long-term care, or patient care experience preferred.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care with a commitment to preserving dignity and comfort.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary team.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance.
- Commitment to the hospice philosophy and the mission of Catholic Community Health.
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
