What You'll Do
- Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Schedule service, maintenance, and installation appointments
- Dispatch technicians efficiently to maximize customer satisfaction
- Communicate with customers regarding appointment updates and scheduling changes
- Coordinate daily technician schedules and route adjustments
- Maintain accurate customer records and job information
- Assist with outbound calls, follow-ups, and customer communication
- Support office operations and team members as needed
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every interaction
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service, dispatching, scheduling, or office experience preferred
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm and positive in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computer software, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or home service industry experience is a plus but not required
