Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is in growth mode and currently seeking a Recruiter to join our team!
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Recruiter to join our team and support our talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing resumes, conducting prescreening interviews, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for all candidates.
Responsibilities:

Review and evaluate resumes for qualifications and role alignment

Conduct prescreening calls to assess candidate fit and interest

Maintain organized candidate pipelines and accurate documentation

Communicate clearly and professionally with applicants throughout the hiring process

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements

Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field

SHRM certification preferred

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify key candidate strengths

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in recruiting required

Working knowledge of ADP preferred

Strong understanding of HR functions and labor laws

Must be able to drive company vehicle
Shift:
-
Tuesday - Friday from 12pm to 9pm, Saturday 8am to 5pm

Or Sunday - Thursday
