Pay: $70,000 - $90,000+ per year

As a Retail Service Manager, you'll oversee daily service department operations while coaching and developing a high-performing team focused on customer satisfaction, productivity, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage Retail Service Department operations
- Foster and maintain CarShop's culture, values, and customer-first philosophy
- Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop service team members
- Drive technician productivity, efficiency, and performance through effective scheduling and leadership
- Monitor department performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve and exceed goals
- Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and professional service
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service processes
- Maintain accountability for departmental performance while leading with integrity
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall dealership success
- Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on continuous improvement
- Automotive service management experience strongly preferred
- Proven leadership experience in a dealership or automotive service environment
- Track record of achieving performance goals and driving business results
- Strong communication, coaching, and team-building skills
- Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to operational excellence
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Positive, action-oriented leadership style
- Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and continuous improvement
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
