Frontline Consultants & Contracting is expanding our Utah team and looking for motivated, hungry individuals who want to build within a proven roofing company.
This is a high-autonomy, high-income role for someone who wants to run their own pipeline and scale their income fast.
Requirements
- Sales experience preferred
- Roofing experience a bonus
- Must have a truck/vehicle
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be willing to knock doors
- Must be hungry & coach
Pay
Top reps earn $100,000–$200,000+ per year.
Commission-based.
Unlimited earning potential.

- Knock doors & generate leads
- Sign roofing contracts
- Assist homeowners with insurance claims
- Build & manage your own sales pipeline
- Develop your territory
- Work with leadership & our training team

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
