The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in leading daily café operations and supervising team members. This is an hourly position, typically scheduled between 35–60+ hours per week based on business needs.
This role is responsible for helping drive sales and profitability through strong operational execution, community engagement, and catering or event opportunities. The Assistant Manager assists with controlling costs, reducing waste, protecting café assets, and ensuring company policies, procedures, and standards are followed.
Additional responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching, and developing team members while creating a positive, productive, and team-focused work environment.
