RESPONSIBILITIES BY CATEGORY
(Approximately 15-20 hours per week)
Social Media Content Creation (60% of time)
- Manage MOZZ presence across Instagram, TikTok, and other active platforms
- Film, edit, and prepare content assets for posting
- Direct collaboration with Pat on creative direction and brand voice
- Manage DMs and community engagement (comments, responses)
- Maintain brand consistency in tone and aesthetic
- Post 1-2x/week baseline; scale to 2-3/week during campaigns
Data Input & Reporting (30% of time)
- Build and maintain subscriber lists (email, SMS, loyalty) in Klaviyo
- Track discount usage and loyalty program metrics
- Pull basic web analytics (traffic, SEO performance when needed)
- Manage marketing budget entries and tracking
- Document and audit promotional data for campaign analysis
- Search for press mentions and local news features for reposting
- Light web updates to PopMenu (copy, photos, promotional content)
Marketing Coordination & Administration (10% of time)
- Schedule meetings
- Take meeting notes and document action items
- Handle marketing-related errands and product pick-up
- Head up Art Stroll coordination (artist communication, bookings, day-of support)
- Update in-store signage during campaign changes
- Update graphic wall during campaign changes/quarterlies
