The Opportunity

We are seeking a National Service Franchise Director to join our executive leadership team at our Corporate Headquarters in Franklin, TN. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations , you will be the chief architect of growth, operational excellence, and brand standard enforcement for our service and maintenance franchise division nationwide.
This isn't a passive corporate role. You will actively weaponize our competitive advantages—including our massive "Construction-to-Service" pipeline—to dominate major Sunbelt markets, expand into lucrative commercial sectors, and defend our footprint against heavily funded, private equity-backed consolidators.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)1. Drive Franchise Profitability & Regional Route Density
- Optimize the Grid: Partner with franchisees to deploy advanced routing software that maximizes daily stops, building dense, highly efficient regional networks that outperform local competitors.
- Financial Mentorship: Conduct strategic monthly P&L reviews with franchise owners, benchmarking performance against corporate KPIs to ensure Premier units maintain industry-leading profit margins.
- Unlock Recurring Revenue: Establish elite corporate frameworks that turn basic cleaning accounts into high-margin, recurring revenue engines through chemical automation, regular equipment audits, and preventative maintenance.
2. Champion Operational Excellence & Brand Standards
- World-Class Quality: Design and enforce rigorous field-audit systems to guarantee a flawless, consistent customer experience across all territories.
- Digital Transformation: Drive 100% network adoption of our proprietary CRM and field service software, leveraging digital proof (water chemistry logs, poolside photos) to meet modern consumer expectations.
- Protect the Brand: Ensure absolute compliance with the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), safety protocols, and uniform/vehicle branding to elevate our national equity.
3. Lead Workforce Development & Network Expansion
- Elevate Premier University: Oversee our continuous learning curriculum, ensuring franchisees and technicians are certified in advanced pool chemistry, energy-efficient equipment, and automation.
- Win the Talent War: Provide franchisees with modern recruitment frameworks, compensation blueprints, and career-path mapping to attract and retain elite service technicians.
- Fuel Network Growth: By driving down franchise overhead and maximizing profitability, you will create the pristine "franchisee validation" that enables our corporate development team to seamlessly sell new territories.
Strategic Growth Focus Areas
- Dominate Sunbelt Markets: Aggressively scale our footprint in high-value, year-round markets (FL, TX, AZ, NV, GA), leveraging our existing construction footprint to capture market share faster than private equity roll-ups can buy it.
- Own the Pipeline: Bridge the gap between our world-class construction division and our service division, ensuring every newly built Premier pool automatically converts into a lifetime service contract.
- Expand B2B & Commercial Portfolios: Develop robust B2B sales frameworks and certified commercial training to empower franchisees to win lucrative HOA, hotel, and municipal contracts.
- Leverage Buying Power: Maximize our massive national footprint to secure exclusive manufacturer rebates and priority supply chains (Hayward, Pentair, Fluidra), insulating franchisee margins against independent competitors.
What We’re Looking For (Job Qualifications)
- The Experience: executive-level leadership in franchise operations, multi-unit route management, or corporate leadership within the home services or pool/spa sectors.
- The Industry IQ:understanding of the pool industry landscape, private equity-backed roll-up strategies, and competing franchise models.
- The Analytical Mind: Proven mastery of complex multi-unit financial data, P&L management, and route-density logistics.
- The Drive: High energy, executive presence, and a willingness to travel nationally up to 10-20% to support our franchise partners in the field.
- The Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to the vibrant Franklin, TN area (Greater Nashville).
