About the role:
As an International Pricing Coordinator for TQL, you will work closely with our internal and external sales employees by assisting with day-to-day quoting for Drayage and Ocean opportunities. In addition, you will run reports for general requests and other international team initiatives.

What you’ll be doing:

Prepare quotes for both internal and external customers using standardized processes and tools

Ensure quotes are in accordance with export, import, and domestic procedures

Assist in the creation of reports for both internal and external customers

Maintain data integrity for internal and external reporting purposes

Follow all established SOPs to ensure proper documentation is collected

Escalate issues as appropriate to a supervisor for resolution
What you need:

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Communicate and confirm critical information to sales floor

Proven success handling multiple tasks and assigning priorities
-
Ability to stay focused in an extremely active/open office environment

Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
