About the Role: Production Baker
As a Production Baker, you'll play a vital role in producing and packaging delicious treats. You'll mix, portion, and bake cookies, prepare brownies, pies, and rice krispy treats, and package everything with precision to ensure 100% quality.
Responsibilities:
Mix, portion, and bake cookies to Trophys exacting standards.
Prepare other wholesale products including brownies, pies, and rice krispy treats.
Package all products with consistency and care, ensuring 100% quality before delivery to wholesale partners.
Follow recipes and production schedules to meet daily and weekly wholesale demand.
Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe production environment.
Work efficiently at a fast pace, both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Uphold food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with Washington State guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in a bakery, kitchen, or production environment a plus.
Washington State Food Handler s Permit (or ability to obtain upon hire).
Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail.
Dependable, proactive, and motivated by teamwork and quality..
Compensation:

Pay: $20.76/hour + Tips
- Tips: Average $3.50/hour
