Role: Assistant Restaurant General Manager

A high-volume, fine dining steakhouse in Washington, DC is looking to add an Assistant General Manager to their team.
Requirements:
- Operation runs 7 days a week, with a goal of up to 200 covers daily on 60 seats
- A hard worker who thrives under pressure — this role is demanding and best suited for someone hungry and eager.
- prior high-volume experience
- A strong understanding of refined service is essential
- Highly organized, with the ability to structure and manage a team across a 7-day operation
- Michelin experience is not required, but a huge plus
Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
