ABOUT THE POSITION
Easy SoCal Moving is hiring experienced Driver / Crew Lead Movers who are dependable, professional, and ready to lead jobs from start to finish. This is a high-responsibility position for experienced movers who understand how to operate efficiently in fast-paced moving environments while maintaining professionalism with customers and crew members.
We are looking for serious applicants only — individuals who already understand the moving industry, can safely operate moving trucks, lead crews, handle furniture properly, and keep jobs running smoothly and on schedule.
This is not an entry-level position and not a side-job opportunity. We are looking for dependable workers who are available consistently and ready to work.
NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS
- REAL California ID/Driver’s License
- Reliable Transportation
- Must be eligible to work on military bases (No DUI history or felony restrictions)
- Minimum 1 year professional moving experience
- Minimum 1 year experience driving commercial vehicles or box trucks
- Able to safely lift 100+ lbs
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with loading, securing, packing, padding, and furniture protection
- Able to disassemble/reassemble furniture properly
- Reliable, punctual, professional, and hardworking
- Comfortable working long hours and maintaining productivity
- Must be available consistently — we are not looking for temporary, weekend-only, or part-time availability workers
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely drive moving trucks to and from job sites
- Lead and direct crew members during moves
- Perform professional walkthroughs with customers
- Organize, load, and secure furniture properly
- Protect customer belongings during transport
- Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally
- Maintain productivity and professionalism throughout the entire move
