Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders by restocking bar supplies, glassware, and utensils to ensure smooth service flow
- Clear and clean tables promptly, bussing dishes and resetting for new guests with efficiency and care
- Safely handle food and beverage items during service, including food running from kitchen to dining areas
- Support kitchen staff with basic food handling and preparation tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar, dining areas, and service stations through regular cleaning routines
- Manage heavy lifting tasks safely when transporting supplies or equipment around the venue
- Provide in-person customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and supporting overall guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is highly preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting with safe lifting practices
- Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests
- Familiarity with cleaning protocols, bussing procedures, and food running responsibilities
- Previous banquet or hotel experience is advantageous but not required
- A genuine passion for hospitality, guest services, and creating memorable experiences
