A professional family in East Williston is seeking an experienced full-time nanny to care for their active and curious toddler. The family is looking for a true career nanny who is energetic, engaging, and passionate about child development. This role is ideal for a nanny who loves spending time outdoors, enjoys developmental play, and understands the importance of creating structure, routines, and consistency for toddlers.
Responsibilities:
✔️ Full care for toddler throughout the day
✔️ Planning and engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities
✔️ Outdoor walks, playground visits, and active play
✔️ Reading, language development, and gross motor activities
✔️ Preparing meals and snacks for the child
✔️ Child-related dishes and cleanup
✔️ Organizing toys, play spaces, and child belongings
✔️ Maintaining routines, schedules, and consistency
✔️ Supporting independence and developmental milestones

✔️ Strong toddler experience required
✔️ Developmentally focused with knowledge of toddler milestones
✔️ Energetic, hands-on, and comfortable actively playing on the floor
✔️ Patient and confident with toddler boundary testing and redirection
✔️ Professional, reliable, and organized
✔️ Strong communication skills
✔️ Comfortable working in a family-oriented environment
✔️ Long-term mindset required
