Lennwood Nursing & Rehabilitation is looking for Certified Medication Aide
Shift: Monday through Friday 2pm - 10pm
As a MEDICATION AIDE you will:
- Administers and documents medications given by following specifically written physicians orders, including oral, topical, and suppository medications, as well as eye and ear drops.
- Reorders prescriptions and coordinates with pharmacy providers to ensure residents have ordered medications.
- Observes, records, and reports observations such as unexpected and untoward effects from medications.
- Assists residents with activities of daily living.
- Answer resident calls for assistance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year as a CMA in LTC setting
- CMA license is required
- Experienced in Point Click Care documentation
