Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing exceptional administrative support. This position requires strong organizational skills and a customer-focused attitude, making it essential for maintaining effective communication and efficient office processes. This is currently a part time position but may turn into a full time position.
Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite efficiently
- Manage phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as necessary.
- Scheduling Jobs
- Perform data entry tasks, including typing documents and managing electronic files
- Maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure availability.
- Act as a personal assistant to senior staff members, helping with various tasks as required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail in all written communications.
- Experience with phone systems and customer service practices is highly desirable.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
