We are in search of a Yamaha Certified Outboard Technician with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Our waterfront marina has been in business for 65+ years and includes a full service/parts department, sales department and ships store. We are a local family oriented Full Line Yamaha 5 Star Certified Dealer and also a Grady White & Robalo Boat dealership. This is a full time position Monday thru Friday (40 Hour Work Week). Paid vacation and insurance. Drivers License required. Hourly wage to be determined by applicant experience.
SKILLS:
- Yamaha Master Tech Certification a plus
- Minimum of 2 year experience
- Experience in maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of Yamaha outboards
- Proficiency in the use of computer diagnostic tools
- Proficiency in the installation and repair of outboard hydraulic steering systems as well as Helm Master and digital steering systems
- Knowledge of boat electronics and operations
- Possess proper tools to perform the work
- Experience in the mounting and rigging of Yamaha motors and trolling motors
