Job Title: Roof Inspector (Experienced) – Maryland & Virginia

Responsibilities:
- Perform 3–6 residential roof inspections per day (depending on demand)
- Identify storm-related damage (hail, wind, etc.)
- Take accurate documentation/photos using mobile apps or forms
- Communicate clearly with office staff and homeowners
- Submit reports in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Proven roof inspection experience (preferably in storm restoration or insurance claims)
- Ability to identify storm damage confidently and accurately
- Reliable truck and ladders
- Active liability insurance
- Smartphone with camera and ability to use apps
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Haag Certification (or willingness to complete – we’ll cover the cost after hire)
- Experience working with insurance adjusters
- Comfortable climbing steep slopes and multi-story structures
