SŌW To Go Short North & Franklinton are hiring! Located right in the heart of the Short North in the new Green|House Living Community & the Horizon's West Community in Franklinton.

Our paired down, quick serve take out and healthy convenience store concept, featuring all of our favorites and more for on the go and convenient healthy eating.
The store is exclusively online ordering/kiosk ordering, so limited guest interaction, and is completely closed off to guests. You are the only employee scheduled at a time, so reliability and comfortability working by one's self is a must.
Daily Responsibilities include:
Light prep (vegetable cutting including peppers, tomatoes, kale, avocado, etc. etc.), so basic knife skills required.
Knowledge of cooking proteins to temp (salmon, steak, shrimp, chicken). All electric equipment, so no greasy fryers or flattops to clean or hot environments to work in.
Keeping clean in an open kitchen environment and maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. Attention to detail, respect, and appreciation for allergies and other dietary restrictions a must
Recipe adherence and quality control to our company and guest standards
Inventory and daily stock, rotation of product for freshness.
Primarily PM shifts available (2PM - 10 PM daily), but a few morning shifts available (6:30 AM - 2:30 PM)
Basic Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older to apply (we sell alcohol so this is a must)
Monthly discounted parking available, otherwise street side parking and public transit available (Free parking at Franklinton)
Ability to communicate in English as this is a guest facing position.
Comfortability working by one's self (only 1 cook working at a time)
