The Cliffs Resort on beautiful Possum Kingdom Lake is seeking dedicated Servers to join our team and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced dining environment.
*Duties*
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders to tables promptly
- Answer questions about menu items
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service
- Handle cash and credit card transactions using POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitize work areas
- Upsell menu items to increase sales
*Experience*
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred
- Strong guest service skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Basic math skills for order accuracy and cash handling
- Knowledge of kitchen operations to communicate effectively with chefs
