Job Description Essential Functions of Warehouse Administrator (Orlando)
Job Description: The Warehouse Administrator provides warehouse support with a variety of clerical, administrative, and logistical tasks. This position plays a key role in supporting the shipping, receiving, and inspection processes and serves as a liaison with Absen HQ. Mandarin fluency is required.
Essential Functions:
· Prepares correspondence and documents as directed.
· Answers all calls and emails related to warehouse functions, or forwards them to the appropriate personnel.
· Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of all outside vendors.
· Collects and analyzes data to support operational decisions.
· Conducts studies, performs research, and prepares reports.
· Tracks trends and developments in assigned functional areas.
· Performs regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
· Tracks warehouse inventory using the SAP tracking system.
· Coordinates with HQ and Manufacturing teams on shipments and inventory tracking.
· Supports shipping and receiving operations, including generating shipping labels, scheduling pickups, and processing incoming deliveries.
· Inspects received goods to verify quantity, quality, and condition; reports discrepancies and coordinates resolutions.
· Traces delinquent arrivals from purchase orders and follows up accordingly.
· Contributes to the continual improvement and efficiency of warehouse operations.
· Collaborates with Warehouse and Technical Service departments on shipments for demos, training, tradeshows, and other events.
· Picks and packs orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with material packing guidelines.
· Operates a forklift to access Absen products and materials inside the warehouse.
· Works closely with the Technical Service Administrator on the RMA process and provides backup support as needed.
· Adheres to purchasing policies, processes, and procedures.
· Strives to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Physical Requirements:
· Must be able to lift up to 50lbs consecutively.
Education & Experience Requirements:
· Must have High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
· AA or Bachelors' degree preferred.
· Minimum 2+ years in previous Administrative role.
· Microsoft Office Suite experience required.
· SAP experience preferred but not required.
· Fluent in Mandarin and English—reading, writing, and speaking.
· Forklift certified preferred but not required
Language Requirements:
· Must be able to understand, speak, and write English and Mandarin.
Work Location:
· Orlando Warehouse
· Required to work set business open hours.
Travel Requirements:
· May be required to drive to complete tasks.
· May be required to Absen Showrooms or other locations to support inventory counts.
· Must have a valid drivers' license.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
