Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Reports To: Director of Nursing
Rate: $34 - $40/hour

What You’ll Do
- Provide and oversee nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and assessments accurately
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes appropriately
- Lead and support CNAs and LPNs to ensure quality, consistent care
- Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure documentation is timely, accurate, and compliant
- Promote a safe, respectful, and home-like environment for residents
