Naples Hotel Group is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across a portfolio of hotels in the Greater Tampa Bay area. This role is ideal for a hospitality sales professional who knows how to build strong client relationships, uncover new business, and turn strategy into revenue.This role is based in the Greater Tampa Bay area and is not a remote or hybrid position.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue across assigned hotels
- Drive group, contract, transient, and catering business where applicable
- Prospect, solicit, and convert new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication
- Conduct site tours, digital presentations, and client meetings
- Partner with hotel operations, revenue management, and brand sales teams
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and local business opportunities
- Use Delphi.fdc and brand tools to track activity, accounts, and performance
- Support hotel teams through coaching, collaboration, and sales leadership
- Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and sales meetings
The ideal candidate brings strong hospitality sales experience, a proactive mindset, and the ability to lead multiple priorities across a hotel portfolio.

3+ years of multi-hotel sales experience preferred
- Experience with major brands such as Marriott, Hilton, and IHG preferred
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple hotels’ sales and marketing efforts
- Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and OneNote
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and collaborate across departments
- Travel required up to 25%, including occasional overnight travel
- Flexibility to meet with clients outside regular business hours when needed
