We are seeking a passionate and dedicated School Teacher to join our educational team. Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain order and discipline.
- Assess student progress through various methods, including tests, projects, and observations.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance and behavior.
- Create a safe and inclusive atmosphere for all students, promoting respect and understanding among peers.
- Incorporate creative teaching methods, such as theater or hands-on activities, to enhance learning experiences.
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
- Previous experience working with children is beneficial.
- Strong classroom management skills to effectively guide student behavior.
- First aid certification is preferred but not required.

薪资$28/小时起，会根据工作能力不定期加薪，每年保证有至少5%的加薪，可以以现金方式结算，薪资还有包括每个月有补贴，节假日有红包，并且每年有三天带薪请假
