Element Wellness & Sports Rehabilitation is a holistic, integrative, and multi-disciplinary clinic in South Portland providing expert level care with a patient-centered model. We have a trusted relationship with our referral base, which includes other providers, as well as current and past patients. We are looking for an Orthopedic Physical Therapist with Pilates rehabilitation experience to join our team.
If you are interested in providing individualized, compassionate, and advanced level care to patients in a unique and collaborative work environment, please see job description and requirements below.
Why We Are Different
- True 1:1 Care Model: Strict 55-minute blocks per patient. No double-bookings and no aides.
- Low-Volume Caseload: Maximum cap of 8 patients per day to prevent burnout.
- Paid Admin Time: 30 minutes of dedicated, paid non-treatment documentation time daily.
- Income Security: Your 24 weekly hours are guaranteed from day one while your schedule builds. You will be paid for your full schedule block regardless of whether you have zero patients or a full room, giving you stable financial support while you onboard.
- Clear Transition Timeline: We do not leave your hours open-ended. We anticipate a systematic ramp-up to full-time status (36-40 hours) within a targeted 60-to-90-day window as we actively direct new patient intakes to your schedule.
