Role Overview
The Client Success Manager will own the planning, execution, and delivery of ad ops and rev ops initiatives across an assigned book of TVIQ's publishers. This role sits at the intersection of project coordination, technical ad operations, and revenue strategy — ensuring that cross-functional work is delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact. The ideal candidate brings structured thinking, operational rigor, and a deep understanding of the CTV monetization stack with a heavy focus on programmatic.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution
- Own the end-to-end project lifecycle for ad ops and rev ops initiatives for your assigned clients.
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and status trackers across multiple concurrent publisher engagements.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (yield, technical, sales, strategy, publisher partners) to keep projects on track and unblock dependencies.
- Oversee publisher onboarding projects, ensuring integrations are scoped, sequenced, and completed accurately and on schedule.
- Coordinate troubleshooting workstreams with ad operations for ad delivery issues, VAST errors, and SDK discrepancies — tracking issues to resolution and documenting outcomes.
- Manage the timeline of ad server and SSP configuration projects (e.g., SpringServe, Publica, Freewheel, Xandr, Magnite)
Revenue Operations Initiatives
- Lead rev ops projects including demand partnership launches, PMP setup, inventory packaging, and yield optimization campaigns for your publisher partners.
- Manage QBR preparation and account-level forecasting projects, ensuring data accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Track and report on project-level revenue impact, surfacing insights and blockers to leadership.
Process & Documentation
- Maintain accurate project documentation, publisher configurations, and decision logs.
- Maintain a centralized project intake and prioritization system to triage incoming ad ops and rev ops requests against team capacity.
- Run structured project kickoffs, status syncs, and retrospectives with leadership to ensure alignment and continuous improvement across engagements.
- Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers — escalating with proposed solutions.
Delivery & Accountability
- Enforce SLAs for ad ops deliverables — publisher onboarding timelines, configuration turnarounds, issue resolution windows.
- Maintain a single source of truth for project status, accessible to all stakeholders at any point in the project lifecycle.
- Drive accountability through clear roles and responsibilities on each initiative, ensuring ownership is never ambiguous.
- Conduct structured post-mortems on delayed or escalated projects to surface root causes and prevent recurrence.
Stakeholder Communication
- Produce concise, recurring status reports tailored to both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Translate ad ops and rev ops complexity into plain-language project updates that non-technical partners can act on.
- Serve as the connective tissue between publisher-facing account teams and internal yield, data, ad ops and engineering functions.
- Define and track operational KPIs (on-time delivery rate, issue resolution time, onboarding cycle time) to measure and improve team performance over time.
Qualifications
- 3–6+ years of experience in project management, ad operations, or revenue operations at a publisher, platform or agency — ideally within CTV, OTT, or programmatic media.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects, deliverables & timely communications simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of CTV ad delivery, programmatic supply chains, and ad tech concepts (VAST, VPAID, OM SDK, IVT, S2S integrations).
- Familiarity with ad platforms such as SpringServe, Publica, Freewheel, Google Ad Manager, Xandr, or Magnite.
- Strong proficiency in project management and CRM tools (Asana, Jira, Monday.com, ZOHO, or similar) and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills — able to translate technical complexity into clear project plans and stakeholder updates.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management training is a plus.
- AI proficiency using tools such as GEMINI is a plus.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
