Exhibit ‘A’ Brewing Company is excited to open the doors of our new Williamsburg, MA location and offer great beer, cocktails and bar fare to our patrons. As a Taproom Staff member, you will create a lively, welcoming environment where guests can enjoy expertly poured beers, craft cocktails and enjoy bar fare! Your enthusiasm for craft brewing and exceptional customer service will help foster a community atmosphere that keeps patrons coming back.
Job Responsibilities:
· Adhere to all state and federal regulations for serving
· Maintain a clean working environment
· Greet and engage with customers while they are on premise
· Ensure all consumption is done responsibly
· Use ID Scan software
· Follow detailed recipes including measured pours
· Ensure all product served is processed in the POS Software
· Wait on customers, offer them descriptions of products and upsell when possible
· Change kegs as needed
· Conduct building walkthroughs, cleaning and offering additional products as needed
· Set up and break down of bar including but not limited to: shift prep, cutting fruit, product rotation and restock, inventory management, cleaning and sanitizing
Essential Skills:
· Relevant certifications including but not limited to: TIPS, ServeSafe, Food Allergen, CPR/First Aid/AED
· Customer centric attitude.
· Detail oriented and ability to follow recipes including measurements
· Clear and effective communication (verbal and written)
· Ability to change kegs as needed
· Ability to use ordering system software
Pay: From $6.75 per hour
