We're looking for an experienced HVAC Install Supervisor to lead our installation team, mentor technicians, keep projects running smoothly, and ensure every installation exceeds our customers' expectations.

What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise residential HVAC installation crews
- Ensure every installation meets Maynor Service Company's high-quality standards
- Train, coach, and develop installers into top-performing technicians
- Coordinate daily schedules and job logistics
- Troubleshoot challenges and keep projects on track
- Maintain safety standards on every job site
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation best practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
